Long Overdue Update

Hello, friends!

Just want to take a few minutes to welcome you to the new and improved blog and let you know a bit about what has been happening with us.

On the homefront, things are as hectic as ever. The baby has hit toddler stage and is climbing everything in sight. He is really starting to talk now and does his best to keep up with his big brothers. Time just goes by too fast.

The toddler has moved into the preschool stage with a vengance. We’re still working on the potty training thing, but he hasn’t shown much interest beyond taking his diaper off and peeing on my carpets. He is very smart for his age and according to my mother, very much like me at his age. Poor kid…he’s doomed! He is definitely a talker and entertains me all day long with his antics.

The teen is the one that blows my mind the most. He is taller than me, as tall as hubby and wears a size 13 shoe. Once he hit 13, it was like his body said, “Time to be a man, grow up NOW!” He is becoming much more mature and responsible, as well.  He has started watching his brothers while I’m working at home a couple of days a week to save up for a PS3. His idea, not mine!

On the personal front, I have been growing my writing business by leaps and bounds, as of late. I have picked up new clients, built my professional website and have gotten involved in some very exciting projects.
