At This Very Moment

by Shannan on April 14, 2009

At this very moment, a mother and father are going through the most difficult moment of their lives. The time has come to join with their friends, family and even a handful of complete strangers to pay tribute and say goodbye to the shining light that graced their lives for a too short 17 months. At this very moment, my tears are joining the millions being shed for a sweet baby girl who I never had the pleasure of meeting in person. Take a moment to remember Maddie and to pray for strength and peace for Heather and Mike.

Spring is here finally, and many of us are digging out from a long, cold winter with a bit of spring cleaning around the house, myself included. Peanut butter eggs and crème eggs are my downfall. I really enjoy putting Easter baskets together for my kids, too.  [...]
