I was given another great opportunity by the wonderful ladies at Mom Central to try out the latest product from Listerine. I’ve always had issues with cavities, and with a toddler, a preschooler, and a teen to keep up with, sometimes my own oral hygiene gets a bit neglected. Let’s face it, I need all the help I can get.
Listerine Total Care works in 6 different ways:
· Helping to prevent cavities
· Restoring enamel
· Strengthening teeth
· Killing bad breath germs
· Freshening breath
· Fighting unsightly plaque above the gum line
The prospect of having that much extra help in my mouth sounded pretty good to me, so I gave it a shot. Generally, the idea of Listerine gives me the shivers. I think of the old school original flavor that my grandpa used to use and want to run screaming. This one had a minty taste and not too terribly much burn.
Listerine Total Care really did make my mouth feel cleaner, even on the day where one of the kids lost my toothbrush and I just rinsed to get me through. My breath was much fresher for hours after using it, too. I can’t say that I have less cavities or more enamel, but who knows! Maybe I’m in for a surprise at my next dental visit!
